
CLC Kids / CLC Teens
A fun way to move!

CLC Kids (Ages 5-9)
Strong, confident, and having fun – that’s CLC Kids.
Our CLC Kids program introduces children to fitness through games, basic skill work, and age‑appropriate strength and conditioning. Kids will run, jump, push, pull, lift light objects, and play movement-based games that keep them engaged and smiling while they build coordination, balance, and body awareness.
Each class is:
Coach-led and structured from warm-up to cool-down
Focused on safe technique and positive encouragement
Designed to help kids build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that can last a lifetime
Whether they’re brand new to activity or already playing sports, CLC Kids helps them move better, feel stronger, and have fun doing it.
CLC Teens (Ages 10-15)
Build strength, confidence, and athleticism – safely.
Our CLC Teens program is designed for junior high and high school athletes who want to get fitter for sport, stay active year-round, and learn how to train properly. Teens learn the same functional movements we use in adult CrossFit classes, with extra focus on technique, smart loading, and appropriate intensity.
In each class, teens will:
Learn and practice proper form on squats, presses, deadlifts, and more
Develop speed, power, strength, and endurance for both sport and life
Train in a supportive group environment that builds confidence and leadership.
CLC Teens also prepares athletes who eventually want to transition into the adult CrossFit classes, giving them a solid foundation to train safely and effectively.
