Yoga & Sound Baths

Fusion Yoga, Hips & Hamstrings, and Yin & Meditation


Our yoga program at Chestermere Lake CrossFit blends movement, strength, and recovery to complement your daily life and help you feel strong, mobile, and balanced.

Hips & Hamstrings (Tuesdays, now extended to 7:45–9:00 PM) gives you extra time to slow down and release. This focused class dives deep into hip openers and hamstring stretches, helping you breathe through tightness, improve flexibility, and let go of the day’s tension—ideal for athletes who carry stress in the lower body.

Fusion Yoga (Thursdays, 6:45-8:00 PM) is an update to our vinyasa flow—a thoughtful mix of flowing yoga sequences and Pilates-inspired core work. We use props like blocks, straps, and light weights to build functional strength, improve mobility, and move with intention in a low-impact, supportive environment. It’s welcoming to all levels and perfect for anyone who wants to build resilience while quieting the mind and resetting the body.

Yin & Meditation (Thursdays, 8:00-9:00 PM) Yoga offers the ultimate wind-down: gentle, prop-supported poses combined with guided meditation to promote deep relaxation, nervous-system recovery, and mental clarity. Whether you’re coming off a heavy lift week or simply need to reconnect with yourself, these classes create space for both movement and stillness.


Monthly Sound Baths We host monthly sound bath experiences upstairs at Chestermere Lake CrossFit, led by Sonya from Form N’ Flow Collective. These 2-hour immersive sessions combine breathwork, gentle guidance, energy healing, and a full sensory sound bath featuring crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and other healing instruments. You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the vibrations help release stored tension, quiet racing thoughts, and restore energetic balance—many people describe it as one of the most profound resets they’ve experienced.


No experience is necessary, and mats/props are provided. These events fill up quickly, so keep an eye on the schedule for the next date. They’re the perfect way to close out the month, recharge, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded—whether you’re a regular yogi or just curious about sound healing. Come solo or bring a friend; the energy in the room is always special.
