CLC PRIME (60+)
Stay strong, mobile, and confident in every season of life.
CLC PRIME is our CrossFit-inspired program designed specifically for adults 60+ who want to stay active, agile, and independent. Every class is built around the needs of our older adult community, with coaching and programming tailored to different abilities, injuries, and comfort levels. 

You don’t need any experience to start – just a desire to move and feel better. Our coaches guide you through each session so you always know what to do and how to do it safely. 

What a PRIME Class Looks Like
In a typical PRIME class, you’ll:
Warm up and move your joints through a full, comfortable range of motion
Practice functional movements like squatting, standing up, carrying, pushing, and pulling
Build strength, balance, and coordination using light weights, boxes, bands, and bodyweight
Finish with gentle conditioning and cool-down/mobility work

 

Everything is scalable: movements, load, and pace are adjusted for each person so you can work at the right level for you.
