We held another successful Chairty WOD on April 2, 2023 which was on behalf of Synergy. The workout completed was what's known as a HERO WOD, which is to commemorate a fallen hero - often someone in the military. The one was known as Holleyman, for Sergeant Aaron Holleyman. We raised $365 and donated through Shaw Charity Classic where they matched the donation, for a total of $547.50! Thanks to everyone who supported. 👏
